Prizes:
60 (sixty) R250 (two hundred and fifty rand) shopping vouchers

Terms and Conditions

1. The sponsor of the Centrum Guardian Voters Instant Competition is Wyeth Consumer Healthcare (Pty) Ltd, South Africa ("Wyeth").
2. The competition is open to all South African citizens and permanent residents, except employees, agencies, prize sponsors or contractors of Wyeth or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation, operation or conduct of the competition, or their immediate family members.
3. The instant competition will run nationally from 1st to 30th November 2009.
4. SMS entries are charged at R1-50 per SMS.
5. SMS and e-mail votes will be limited to 10 per number and/or email address.
6. Instant prize winners are selected by means of random configuration on the SMS platform
7. The prize winners will be notified instantly by means of a message on his/her cell phone screen.
8. The prize winner will receive a reference and contact number via SMS on his/her cell phone screen. The winner must call the contact number and furnish a delivery address for the shopping voucher card. On receipt of the shopping voucher, the winner must call the contact number to activate the card. The shopping voucher can be redeemed at any MasterCard outlet in South Africa.
9. Prizes (shopping vouchers) are non-negotiable and Wyeth is not liable for any defects in any prizes. Wyeth reserves the right to substitute any prize with any other prize of comparable commercial value.
10. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
11. Only natural persons who voted for a nominee will be eligible to be entered into the instant competition.
12. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Wyeth may, in its sole discretion, ban any person who breaches any of the terms and conditions of this competition from entering into any other Wyeth competitions, for a period deemed appropriate by Wyeth.
14. Wyeth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside of its control. If the competition is cancelled in accordance with this clause, Wyeth shall assume no liability whatsoever for any losses or damage howsoever caused to entrants.
15. All winners will be required to consent to the disclosure of their relevant details to the public.
16. Wyeth, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions or prizes of this competition. Any alteration of the terms and conditions or prizes shall be communicated to the public and shall become effective immediately after being altered and communicated or on such date as may be determined by Wyeth. Entrants shall have no recourse whatsoever against Wyeth as a result of the alterations of the terms and conditions or prizes of the competition.
17. The terms and conditions of this competition are valid and binding upon all the entrants.
